This ingredient contains phytosterols (phytosterols) as alcoholic component. Ingredient on the basis of rape seed oil (brassica napus seed oil). Glycerides are conversion products of glycerin (esters), which are obtained through a reaction with fats (through so-called trans-esterification) or through direct esterification with one or more fatty acid(s) (mono-, di- or triglycerides).
