"Sodium..." refers to a sodium salt. The name component "caprooyl" means that the ingredient contains, as fatty acid component, amongst others, caproic acid (hexanoic acid) (mostly introduced through an acylation reaction). Hyaluronates are salts or esters of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid (salts: hyaluronates) is a so-called glycosaminoglycan, a long-chain linear polysaccharide.
