Substance information
Bacteria of the genus lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) are used for fermentation. Ingredient on the basis of colza oil (brassica campestris seed oil). Ingredient on the basis of radish roots (raphanus sativus root). Ingredient on the basis of fructose (fruit sugar). "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
