"Undecyl" mostly refers to undecanol (undecyl alcohol) as alcoholic component or generally a hydrocarbon chain moiety with 11 carbon atoms. Glycerides are conversion products of glycerin (esters), which are obtained through a reaction with fats (through so-called trans-esterification) or through direct esterification with one or more fatty acid(s) (mono-, di- or triglycerides).
