Substance information
Bacteria of the genus bacillus are used for fermentation. Fungi of the genus monascus are used for fermentation. Ingredient on the basis of rice (oryza sativa) or rice bran. Royal jelly is a substance produced by bees to feed their queen. "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
