Lotus oil is obtained from the flower leaves of the lotus flower. The oil was already used by the Romans because of its calming effect in the event of diseases affecting the respiratory tract. Lotus oil acts in cosmetic products like skincare products and soaps in a regulating manner and has a very pleasant scent.
