Substance information
"Acetylated" refers to the introduction of an acetyl group (CH3-CO-, the acyl residue of the acetic acid). "Hydrogenated" means: treated with hydrogen (hydrogenated). Ingredient on the basis of beef tallow and / or fatty acids obtained from it. Glycerides are conversion products of glycerin (esters), which are obtained through a reaction with fats (through so-called trans-esterification) or through direct esterification with one or more fatty acid(s) (mono-, di- or triglycerides).
