Bacteria of the genus lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) are used for fermentation. "Sodium..." refers to a sodium salt. Hyaluronates are salts or esters of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid (salts: hyaluronates) is a so-called glycosaminoglycan, a long-chain linear polysaccharide. "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
