Substance information
Bacteria of the genus lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) are used for fermentation. Ingredient on the basis of bee honey. "Hydrolyzed" means: hydrolysed or a hydrolysate (product of the separation of a chemical compound by reaction with water, often by means of enzymes). "Extract" generally refers to a solvent extract, eg with water, alcohol or carbon dioxide. "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
