"Hydroxy..." generally refers to a hydroxy (hydroxyl) group -OH; the functional group of alcohols. "Ethyl" refers mostly to ethanol (ethyl alcohol) as an alcoholic component or generally a hydrocarbon residue with 2 carbon atoms. "Cocamine" refers to amines of coconut oil (Cocos nucifera oil). Amines are organic compounds containing a central nitrogen atom to which one, two or three alkyl or aryl groups are attached. Dioleates are di-esters of oleic acid (cis-9-octadecenoic acid).
