This ingredient contains 2-octyldodecanol as alcoholic component. The name component "stearoyl" means that the ingredient contains, as fatty acid component, amongst others, stearic acid (octadecanoic acid) (mostly introduced via an acylation reaction). A dimer is a molecule that consists of two identical subunits (the monomers). Linoleates are salts or esters of the linoleic acid (octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid).
