Substance information
Polymer or copolymer based on adipic acid (1,6-hexanedioic acid) and possibly other monomers. "Methyl" mostly refers to methanol (methyl alcohol) as alcoholic component or generally the methyl group as the smallest hydrocarbon residue with one carbon atom. Dimethyl-, trimethyl- etc refer to two, three or more methyl groups. "DEA" refers to a conversion product (amide) with diethanolamine. "Cross polymer" refers to a crosslinked polymer.
