Substance information
"Hydrolyzed" means: hydrolysed or a hydrolysate (product of the separation of a chemical compound by reaction with water, often by means of enzymes). Bacteria of the genus bifidobacterium are used for fermentation. Ingredient on the basis of soy beans (glycine soja). "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
