"Hydrolyzed" means: hydrolysed or a hydrolysate (product of the separation of a chemical compound by reaction with water, often by means of enzymes). Royal jelly is a substance produced by bees to feed their queen. "Extract" generally refers to a solvent extract, eg with water, alcohol or carbon dioxide.

Background information on use in cosmetics
Royal jelly contains in a concentrated form many vitamins, proteins and nutrients. In skincare products royal jelly is used to supply the skin with a particularly high amount of active ingredients and hence counter an early skin ageing.
