Substance information
"Hydrolyzed" means: hydrolysed or a hydrolysate (product of the separation of a chemical compound by reaction with water, often by means of enzymes). "Vegetable" means: of plant origin. "Protein" refers to proteins, mostly of plant origin. Proteins are biological macromolecules which are made from amino acids. "PG" refers to propylene glycol (1,2-propylene glycol, propane-1,2-diol) as alcoholic component of this ingredient. "Propyl" mostly refers to propanol (1-propanol or n-propanol) as alcoholic component or generally a saturated hydrocarbon chain with 3 carbon atoms. "Silanetriol" refers to a trihydroxysilyl grouping. Silanes are the silicone analogues of carbon compounds (alkanes).
