"Ethyl" refers mostly to ethanol (ethyl alcohol) as an alcoholic component or generally a hydrocarbon residue with 2 carbon atoms. "...Amidopropyl" refers generally to a (fatty) acid amidopropyl grouping. "Dimonium …" refers to a quaternary dimethyl ammonium salt, mostly on the basis of fatty amines.
