Substance information
Yeasts of the genus kluyveromyces are used for fermentation. Bacteria of the genus lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) are used for fermentation. Bacteria of the genus lactococcus (lactococci) are used for fermentation. Bacteria of the genus leuconostoc are used for fermentation. Yeasts of the genus saccharomyces (sugar yeasts) are used for fermentation. "Hydrolyzed" means: hydrolysed or a hydrolysate (product of the separation of a chemical compound by reaction with water, often by means of enzymes). Ingredient on the basis of wheat (triticum vulgare). "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
