Substance information
Bacteria of the genus lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) are used for fermentation. Yeasts of the genus saccharomyces (sugar yeasts) are used for fermentation. "Hydrolyzed" means: hydrolysed or a hydrolysate (product of the separation of a chemical compound by reaction with water, often by means of enzymes). Ingredient on the basis of rice (oryza sativa) or rice bran. "Ferment filtrate" refers to the filtrate of a fermentation product (mostly vegetable starting material, converted with enzymes, (yeast-) fungi or bacteria).
