"...Amidopropyl" refers generally to a (fatty) acid amidopropyl grouping. This ingredient contains dimethyl amine as amine component. Amines are organic compounds containing a central nitrogen atom to which one, two or three alkyl or aryl groups are attached. A dimer is a molecule that consists of two identical subunits (the monomers). Linoleates are salts or esters of the linoleic acid (octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid).
