Description
Flavours are primarily added to food to provide them with a special smell and / or taste. A flavour can consist of flavouring agents, flavouring extracts and other flavouring substances. Flavouring agents are chemically defined substances with tasting properties (flavouring properties). It is differentiated between natural, nature-identical and artificial flavouring agents.
