Substance information
This ingredient contains polymerised glycerin (as alcoholic component). The number behind "polyglyceryl-" refers to the average number of glycerin units. Isononanoates are esters of the isononanoic acid (3,5,5-trimethylhexanoic acid). A dimer is a molecule that consists of two identical subunits (the monomers). Linoleates are salts or esters of the linoleic acid (octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid). "Copolymer" refers to a polymer composed of several different (mostly two) basic units (monomers).
