Substance information
The name component "brassicyl" means that the ingredient contains, as fatty acid components, amongst others, fatty acids from cabbage species (Latin: brassica) (mostly introduced via an acylation reaction). Ingredient on the basis of isoleucine (2-amino-3-methylpentanoic acid). Eslyates are salts or esters of ethanesulphonic acid.
