CANNABIS SEED OIL DIMER DILINOLEYL ESTERS/DIMER DILINOLEATE COPOLYMER
Substance information
Ingredient on the basis of hempseed oil (cannabis sativa seed oil). A dimer is a molecule that consists of two identical subunits (the monomers). This ingredient contains linoleyl alcohol (9,12-octadecadiene-1-ol) as alcoholic component. "Ester" or "esters" refers to an esterification product (condensation product of alcohol and acid) or a trans-esterification product obtained through direct reaction of fats (mostly triglycerides) with alcohols. Linoleates are salts or esters of the linoleic acid (octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid). "Copolymer" refers to a polymer composed of several different (mostly two) basic units (monomers).
