Substance information
This ingredient contains ethylenediamine (1,2-diaminoethane) as amine component. Amines are organic compounds containing a central nitrogen atom to which one, two or three alkyl or aryl groups are attached. "Stearyl" mostly refers to stearyl alcohol as alcoholic component or generally a hydrocarbon residue with 18 carbon atoms; A dimer is a molecule that consists of two identical subunits (the monomers). Tallates are esterification products or salts of fatty acids obtained from tall oil. "Copolymer" refers to a polymer composed of several different (mostly two) basic units (monomers).
